A little about me and why I created this service

“Not a day goes by in my clinic where I don’t deal with the impact of dry eye disease. With the increase in screen time, more and more patients are suffering the effects of dry eye. And all too often they are using the wrong drops or are on the wrong treatment plan.

When you go to your local pharmacy or grocery store, you are overwhelmed by the choices you have for the treatment of dry eye disease. Every pharmaceutical company has multiple variations of what seems to the be the same product and the prices are often sky high for such small bottles. As a physician, I want my patients to get the RIGHT treatment at the lowest price possible and that has always been my goal. As I do not have any ties to any pharmaceutical company, I am free to give what I think is best to each patient regardless of brand.

I created MYDRYEYEBOX because I wanted there to be a service where all the patients who suffer from dry eye can get the RIGHT treatment for them at the best possible prices. And to have that treatment delivered to their front door each month. It was also important that a service exists that actually provides a true months supply because too often my patients would be finishing bottles of drops only after 2-3 weeks.

Our service is tailored to each patient, and as we do not have any allegiance to pharmaceutical companies, each subscriber gets the best treatment available at the lowest possible price. Also, the recommendation is coming from a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and not some business person just trying to push certain products or maximize profit.”

“I got into Ophthalmology because as a child I always had poor vision, it wasn’t until an ophthalmologist noticed that I was having trouble and gave me the glasses I needed. The first time I saw the world with my new glasses was an experience I will never forget, until then I did not truly see the beauty of the world around me. I understand the vital importance of vision and wanted to dedicate my life to helping others with their vision so they too can see the beauty of their world.
